One of our priority goals at St. LutherX is to create the best experience possible for users. In this pursuit, we’ve developed a Feedback Program to gain insight into how users currently use St. LutherX, and how they’d like to use St. LutherX in the future.
The Feedback Program is managed by our User Research team, and those who sign up for the Program may be contacted to participate in user research studies including interviews, site visits, and online surveys. Note: Signing up for the Program does not guarantee you will be asked to participate in user research studies.
The Feedback Program Database is a list of prospective, current and former St. LutherX users who have elected to participate in our Feedback Program. The Database is solely used by our User Research team and its contents are never shared with third parties.
We’re looking for a diverse mix of prospective, current and former St. LutherX users from around the world.
Absolutely! You can participate in many of our user research studies online from a location that’s convenient for you.
You must be at least 13 years old to participate in our user research studies.

What to Expect
What users do during user research studies varies depending on the type of research being conducted. Many of our studies consist of user researchers asking users questions about their current usage of St. LutherX and how we might improve the St. LutherX experience. In some cases we might show users a new design or idea for a course, and ask for their feedback in response to it. The user researcher who coordinates your participation in a research study will provide you with all of the details you need in advance of your interview date.
The time commitment involved in participating in user research studies varies depending on the type of study being conducted. Most user research studies will require no more than 90 minutes of your time, and some will require as little as 20 minutes.
Those who are selected to participate in user research studies are often provided with incentives such as gift cards or cash. If you’re asked to participate in a user research study, you’ll be provided with incentive information prior to officially signing up for the study.
Signing up for the Feedback Program Database does not guarantee that we’ll ask you to participate in a user research study. If you meet the requirements of an upcoming study, we’ll reach out via e-mail to inquire about your interest and availability.
If you meet the basic participant requirements for an upcoming user research study, you will be notified about the study via e-mail and will likely be asked for additional information about your background and use of St. LutherX. If you indicate you are interested and available to participate in the study, and you meet the study requirements, a user researcher will send you an email with confirmation of your participation and scheduling information.
For most in-person user research studies, all you need to bring with you is a valid photo ID. A user researcher will notify you if there are additional materials you should bring.
Absolutely not! The information we gather from you through your participation in our Feedback Program is only used internally to improve the St. LutherX experience for all.
If you’re signed up to participate in a user research study, you’ll be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), which states that you won’t share information you’re shown that’s not already publicly available. Our NDA also states that any information we obtain through your participation in user research will not be shared outside St. LutherX.
